Membership Qualifications
Regular Membership

Any person who has served a minimum of 90 days on active duty in the Marine Corps, and who was discharged under honorable conditions. A copy of their dd 214 form or equivalent and honorable discharge will be required.

Any person who is now on active duty in the Marine Corps, or the Marine Corps reserve, they will be required to show and supply a copy of their current military identification card.

Any us naval medical corps personnel who trained with fleet Marine force units in excess of 90 days and that earned the Marine Corps devise (clasp) worn with the service ribbon and those who earn the warfare devise authorized for fmf corpsmen. Again, they must supply a copy of their dd 214 and honorable discharge.
Associate Membership

Any person who has served in any other branch of the armed Forces of the United States and was honorably discharged. They will be required to supply a copy of their dd 214 or equivalent forms and a copy of their honorable discharge.

Any person who is now on active duty with any of the other branches of the United States military services. Again, they would be required to show and supply a copy of their active duty military identification card.

Any person who is now serving in an active reserve unit of one of the other branches of the armed forces. They must show and supply a copy of the active duty military identification card.
